Refundable Security Deposit
To be paid upon arrival (and refunded upon check out, once a no-damage checklist has been cleared) as follows:
Up to 13 nights: KES 5,000 per villa.
Between 14 and 30 nights: KES 10,000 per villa.
Between 1-3 months: KES 20,000 per villa.
Between 4-6 months: KES 100,000 per villa
More than 6 months: Equivalent of one month resident rate accommodation cost in KES.

Balance is paid upon arrival. In case of medium and long term bookings (more than five months), payment can be made quarterly at the beginning of each three month period.
